    Yeah, this feels familiar with rough uncommon shutters.

    I found the preview lever thingy on my Synchro Compur 1 to be very awkward and i use T/B mode to focus, it just worked easier.

    I would not be surprised if this is true, it seems the limitation with many of these scanners is the optics. Quite some other scanners have the same issue.

    I'm in Finland (Close enough to the arctic i suppose :D ), i'll try to shoot atleast 2 plates in the winter weather here. (once the actual winter starts....it seems to be lame)
