    Yes it is, if you have made a notch in the flap, that you open to insert the film. This notch shows up as a dark V in the area above the image.

    Yes it is meant for a 5x7, but use it on my Pacemaker 4x5.. Both on, or front only.. my bellows is not long enough for having just the back one on.
