  1. Re: Harrison Film Changing Tent Versus eTone Branded Changing Tent.

Ah I see. In the US, I think merchants take advantage of fulfillment by amazon so it gets shipped to amazon's warehouse and amazon takes care of all the logistics. That way customers benefit from...

    Re: Agfa Ansco Tripod Block

Are we talking about the tripod block that slides on the bottom of the camera or the platform on the old wooden tripods that hinges to angle the camera? If we're talking about the block that goes...

Re: First post, help needed please.

I got one of those dinkum lens shade Jeff mentioned. I bought it because it takes up very little space. I bought the compact one that connects to a hot...

I have that adorama changing tent. I believe it's just a private labeled version of the photoflex... https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/41880-REG/Photoflex_AC_CROO1_Film_Changing_Room_25.html

    Re: Agfa Ansco Tripod Block

The tripod block is concaved a little on both sides so when you tighten down the screws it grips tightly. I've got one taken apart I'm refinishing, I'll take measurements tomorrow night.

  12. Re: What is the best home film scanning workflow if you shoot 4x5, Medium Format, & 1

That's pretty cool, an entire kit to do 35mm - 4x5 for a reasonable price
  13. Re: Question with regard to 4x5 RB Auto Graflex and Lens Board + Lens Compatibilities

The shortest focal length lens the 4x5 RB auto can do is 8-3/8 inches I believe. The lens board is 3-3/4 inch. I'm not sure the verito's rear diameter but there's a 2-3/4" hole max it will have to...

Re: eTone JOBO Processing Unit: Any Good?

On their ebay description, it says time from 1 - 30 min. The 30 probably means it's either set at 30 min. or timer is off/infinity. At least that's my guess haha
  15. Re: Are Graflex Grafmatic film holders more trouble than they're worth?

I have a 2-3 kinematics here, one's broken. The kinematics are not as robust as the grafmatics. 10 sheets in one holder is nice though
  16. Re: Linhof Technika IV and its younger siblings ...

I've never seen that 1956 model but I want it haha. Would go great with a tesla cybertruck. I just need a cybertruck now. As for the original question, I have a IV now. I find I don't need the...

Re: 5x7 Tailboards To Look Out For

I have both an agfa/ansco and b&j in 8x10. The agfa/ansco tailboard is prettier and more refined, at least the older brass hardware version (I have no experience with the later plastic knobs...

Re: Agfa Ansco 8x10 rise, fall controls

I have a couple of these lying around somewhere. I believe there are a couple of brass tabs that wrap on the bottom that act as friction stops. The knobs on either sides work to raise/lower, I...

Re: eTone JOBO Processing Unit: Any Good?

  22. Re: What is the best home film scanning workflow if you shoot 4x5, Medium Format, & 1

I've done all of the above plus minilab scanners. For speed, a minilab scanner is best. For 120 - 4x5, I have an old kodak hr-5000 universal (these can do 35mm too). For 35mm I prefer to use...
