    As far as I know the Heiland LED source won't work without the SplitGrade Controller.

    The 2800 series are printdrums and for film you need the 2500 drums.
    Multitank 5 - 2553. Not the Multitank 2 they are also with the ridges.

    You can make your own testnegative (Zone V) with a density of 0.72 and from there a testprint with a density as described in the manual at 0.75.
    It's better to use the film size you are working with...

    It's not the meaning of that type of enlager to work fully manual.
    The best way to operate is calibrating the system to get a nice .70 gray reference print from a testnegativ with a .70 gray patch....

    I use the Tech V without the cam inside and it works.
    Just press a little bit harder when you push the standard back.
    Then the cranck will swing to the mid position.

    Just some thaughts, could it be that the film sheet are separated by a paper layer in the box. I am thinking about moisture, maybe. Because the pattern is so evenly?

    Trebla RA4 and C41 is fine. Professional labs use them in their equipment.

    It seems to me that you made a mistake in the used filterpack.
    Don't use all of the 3 colors to make corrections.
    Normaly you only need Yellow and Magenta to manage the colorcast.
    3 filters works...

    I work many many years with the 3063 Drums on the Jobo CPP and also on the ATL.
    With FB prints I never discovered any problem at all. Try to find a size that fixes between the ridges. Scratching...

    Take a small piece of (35mm) film, dip it in the dev. If after 1:00 or 1:30 min. the emulsion is not turning black then the dev is not working well. Dump it.

    My experiences are in the same matter. Dev-times aroud the 7:30 - 8:00 min. are not unusual.
    50-60 Rpm's are to fast for a expert drum?
    Jobo recommend a speed around the 25 rpm or slowest speed...

    Filmproccessing in the 1500 series tanks are not suitable for the 4*5" film size. Only 35mm and 120 spool. Paper at that size or greater is anothher story.
