    On my 150mm with the text "Xenar f:3,5 F=15cm D.R.P.a. Jos.Schneider & Co Kreuznach No 28xxxx" is a 43.5 to 52mm adapter. This lens covers at least 9x12cm.

    The aperture scale is for another lens: could be a 90mm f8 so no need to rely on its accuracy.
    I believe the distances between stops are accurate, print the scale with identical distances only...
