Re: How Many Pros use LF?

Working where you do I imagine you are aiming for the best quality possible. I owned an antiques business and always drooled over your inventory (figuratively speaking).

I use a Husky stubby driver for similar tasks. The blade is technically too thin, but it works fine. After all how tight do these screws need to be?

I too put together a lightweight kit. I can't help much with current tripods, I use a Gitzo 1227 I bought about 25 years ago. I don't care for ball heads with large format and use a Manfrotto 406MG...

    Re: Schneider Apo-Symmar L?

I don't really have much to add to what others have said. I have a 150 L and it is a fine lens, plus it's nice to have a bit of additional coverage.

I agree with Vaughn, that's a conversation worth having.
  18. ULF (and other sizes) Negative Sleeves In Stock at Climax Photo

Climax Photo is stocking polypropylene negative sleeves in sizes they used to only make on a custom basis. They also, of course, carry common sizes like 4x5, 5x7, and 8x10.

    The larger sizes are:

    Re: Slosher Tray Technique

I made 2 slosher type trays, one for 4x5 and one for 4x10. I used them with Pyrocat HD and minimal agitation. I have since switched to a JOBO for the convenience and so I can also run C-41.
