We’ve had this truck camper and truck since 2005. We’ve had very few maintenance issues on either and we’ve been all over the country and to Canada. Comfortable in winter cold and summer heat.
I’ve had luck getting sticky shutters going again by squirting some lighter fluid in the shutter and then working the mechanism. I take the lens elements out first.
Your pic does not display. I’d like to see it as I live near Buffalo Creek and know the store.
Try a strap wrench. If you’re in the US, you can get a set of two inexpensively at Harbor Freight. There are lots of threads on the Forum about getting lens cells unstuck.

A couple of comments: I owned a Shen-Hao for a brief period—not this model. It was a very well-made camera. The negative on that Shen-Hao was that it was heavy compared to comparable cameras.

Two thoughts if you haven't already tried these: Gardening area at Home Depot/Lowes for planters and restaurant supply store.
At least some TN Deardorffs had aluminum knobs. The bottom plates on the Chicago Deardorffs were inscribed “Photographic Equipment” in the bottom of the circle; the TN Deardorffs were marked “View...

Apparently your upgrade also brought down the Forum! :-)
I don’t think the Bogen is made any longer. Look in Ebay under Luland. It looks the same as the Bogen.
Take a look at the curtain in this manufacturer's product: https://amergraph.com/products/contact-exposure/
It looks like there is a bracket on both sides that the curtain is attached to and a...

I agree that a lot of Harbor Freight tools are crap, but the strap wrenches are a good tool for removing stuck lenses in shutters. Guess what? They are only $4.99 for two! What do you have to...
Go to Harbor Freight and get a set of strap wrenches. They are very inexpensive. I’d bet that you will be able to get the front element out of the shutter.
As far as the retaining ring; put...
Good job.
Schneider 210 Angulon is another option.
You can probably get compatible filters at Home Depot.

I have an old laptop case that holds several 8x10 filmholders. You might find such at thrift shops.

I think my info originally came from Ritter.
Both the negative stage and lens stage can be adjusted with Allen wrenches. There are three adjustment points for each. Do you have a manual? There’s probably a pdf on line.
This is what I have saved: the product is WM Berg 3CCF-5ft cable chain. The advice is to remove the old product, scrape out the old glue, and cement in the replacement with Loctite 45. Look thru...
They are available. I think I have a reference that I will have to search for. The enlarger will work even if they are buggered. Just go slow.
What’s wrong with it? Always better to post pix.
I cut 8x10 to 4x10 on an inexpensive Dahle rotary cutter from the stationery store. I have an aluminum bar taped to the bed of the cutter. The important thing is to get the aluminum bar in exactly...
Your "technika" board is oversize. I presume it is not a Linhof board. I'd either return it, or reduce its size.

I don’t know whether he has kept the software up to date.
The Zone VI compensating developing timers count up. You don’t have to use the compensating feature.
