    Made the adapter, cut to allow 8x10 film holder, made the pressure plate. Just need to cut a 8x10 window for the ground glass, make a 8x10 ground glass and paint....fix light leaks.

    The Graflock back is the heaviest part of the camera, need to find something lighter.
    I love giving life back to something that was well used, they are a little more cumbersome than their modern...

    Finished the new film back to take 4x5.
    Just needs a final sand and a good shellacing on exposed bits and matt black on others.

    Thanks, like a challenge.

    The lever on one of the locking pins is gone, so will need to make one, once I can remove the old stub.

    Interesting carpentry on the tripod attachment.

    I'll take that as a compliment. There is a bit of negativity towards Holgas, but they have a little bit of magic if you're willing to work with them.
