    Not quite, it depends on the camera. Some, like Sinar, use two points for their assymetricc tilts. If they are not the lines you want you. Need to rise/fall to make them lie on those points.

    Not quite the “fastest” 45. Any LInhof that accepts the LInhof 45 Vacuum Roll back could shoot up to 60 45 shots a second apart at speeds to 1/500 at 1fps.

    Guess you never used an Imagon. It changes focus with each disk setting used. So you have to focus at your choice of setting, not widen open.

    A few years ago LInhof did make an anniversary MT covered in white, also a Technorama. But a very, very limited production.

    The Standard handled 65mm and up lenses with full movements with that bellows.

    No, you may have bought one with a replaced shoe. Or a Kardan 45S that didn’t have a shoe, just a place to install one.
