these were taken on my trip back to beijing a month ago.
the water-lever of Yangtze River was @ her historically low. some rocks have never been seen for some hundreds years. and #2 photo is one of them. :-)

It was ugly, and it was brisk with 90kph winds, so my day was filled with a wee bit of grief, but this normally happens in late April, if not early May, and this low pressure system is headed your way.
A few Calgarian drivers think and drive responsibly during episodes such as this... :)

Here is a shot of the waterfall at Corbett Glen in Rochester, NY.
Shot #13; 2009, 10-24. Taken with Nikon Nikkor-SW 90/4.5 at f/50.8 with a 2 s exposure. -1 EV. (underexposed by 1 stop, because metered at ISO 200 and exposed @ 100).
