No, we only had time enough to do either Wheeler or Bald Mountain. For once, my inner photographer got the best of my inner peak-bagger, and I voted to go to the mountain with better views instead of the higher one.

Wow, a full page of fantastic work - my kudus to everyone posted above!
My humble offering, from Zion (Taylor Creek Canyon), back in May and just after sunset.

All the different tones from the trees and the rocks. You must have had a wonderful time under the dark cloth and in between.
Cheers,

Re: Large Format Landscapes
Thanks Luc! I would love to say I had a wonderful time taking that shot, but I was really just worrying about the wind ruining the shot (and praying I figured out the combined filter and reciprocity compensation correctly). In the big picture though, that whole day was fantastic (most of it was spent right around there).
You're past few photos were really excellent, but the St. Joseph photo in particular is outstanding. It's one of those shots where everything looks like it just came together perfectly (though I'm sure it required a keen eye to make it look that way).

Thank you very much. The main issue was balancing between the rain and waiting for the peak to come out of the fog/clouds. At the end the rain won...
Cheers,
Luc

Nothing wrong with that :)

Kirstenbosch Gardens, Cape Town, South Africa.
Ektachrome 100G 4x5, Symmar 180.
I still seem to have a tendency to overexpose colour reversal film a little.
I'd appreciate any comments / criticism.
