A 16x20 print from 4x5, 150mm lens (TMax100, developed in HC-110).
Truman Cove, on the west coast of the South Island of New Zealand. Made while on a 5 month bicycle tour. One of my favorites of the trip.

The sandflies; Not too bad -- tho I remember black clouds of them swarming in front of my tent -- especially on Stewerts Island! But never any worse than some of the experiences I have had with mossies in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. And when a sandfly bites, one usually has the satisfaction of killing it -- not as sneaky as the mossies!
