If so, this might or might not apply to the image he's asking about.
I would like to know this as well. I have read different answers in the past
Re: Large Format Landscapes
In my case it was an RZ, so not really a view camera at all. I'll go hunt down the alien-formats thread.

Do you remember the aperture / shutter time?

Thanks Austin!
Every-time I pass by the house no one seems to be home. Of course there's a “do not disturb” sign posted and I never had a reason to knock on the door but the next time I'm in the neighborhood ( I was out there last about 4 or 5 weeks ago) and detect someone home, I'll stop by and say hello for you.
BTW, I actually saw the fabled white deer in the parking lot one night while hiking back to the car in the dark from Chimney Rock. I got the impression that he was “shadowing” me from behind on my right but I probably caught him by surprise.

I took the image several years ago at a time when I did not record the exposure details and used Ready-loads exclusively. I was just guessing when I wrote that I took it with a 90mm lens. I shot it from as close to the ledge that you can get without falling over so I'm assuming that it was with the 90mm. If not, then the 150mm which has a 75 degree field of view.
I ran across the image by accident yesterday when I picked-up a notebook that I had kept transparencies in Calumet sheets that hold 4 each. I had previously transferred my negatives into single Print File negative holders but apparently ran out and there are about 100 remaining in this notebook. I liked this one and scanned and posted it.

Thanks Luc! The color transparency brought out the wonderful golden hues of the clays in that area.

Sorry, I made the (possibly erroneous) assumption that the OP was using roll film in a non-view camera. I have posted 120 film images (6x7) taken with my 4x5 view camera using a roll-back, which is allowed as per the forum rules.

He posted above that he used an RB so you were right. But he hadn't originally said so I thought it quite possible a RF back had been used. I just wanted to clarify that, and thank you for the clarification that such images are allowed.
