I like the grain, but I'm wondering how it was achieved. Massive cropping? Reticulation?

Thanks Jon & Bettersense.
Bettersense, the grain was a result of some (not massive though) cropping and thereafter tweaking in Silver Efex. I believe i added quite abit of structure in that one.

Agreed on all counts. Great photo. There are times when I would like grain from my HP5+. I have 100+ sheets of HP5+ and always like what it does for me. How do we get grain?

Hi Ghostdancer, this was taken in Tuas, an industrial area in Singapore. The shots were all taken on reclaimed name.
That's probably some sort of smoke stack or incinerator.
