Cerebral gets in the way sometimes. You're doing just fine IMHO.

OK, hope I am not boring you with images. I have a backlog, but will try to parse them out and hopefully not bore everyone. Here are a couple from a past winter and fall in Zion that I finally got scanned. Both taken with 8x10 Provia 100F and with the Fuji 300 lens. I have been fortunate to be in Zion a few times when the snows have hit. As a rule, you don't have long as the snows generally melt very quickly.
Jim,
All are nice, but I particularly like "Light on the Mesa". Wonderful clouds!

Some really amazing images Jim.

Huh, dunno what happened to my photo. Can't edit the post so here it is again, and a new one from the same day.

One from my very favorite place on earth. Ok, let's say in my top 5.
Chamonix 4x5 and fp4+. Had to climb my lungs out for that one
Very nice on Myxine. You were blessed by the cloud gods. I just got back from there and other points to the west. I too came up from the south though I did not climb the dike.
Well done.
Thanks! I was also blessed by the wind gods the last three times I was there. They blessed me hard
Yes, it seems I angered one or two of the gods. My Zone VI was an official sacrifice.
Here's another one from me. Cropped it to 2x3 to get rid of some clutter in the foreground.
