Nice bridge shot! well done.
Beautiful image...
Chas,
I'm assuming you must've gotten into LF someplace else ...
For those who don't know Western Australia, Pannawonica is pretty much more remote than North Korea !!
Congrats to you.
Steve
Had a busy late afternoon with a friend shooting in some pretty crazy conditions. For the 3rd time in the past week I went to a new location to photograph, and this time the "creek" that I was shooting at was actually more like a large river, and flowing backwards. The river downstream is flooding so badly that it is pushing back up the creek basically. I was up past my knees in water where last week I was walking on a path 20 feet from the water. Major floodplain, obviously. I shot almost 20 sheets of film so expect lots of photos in the next day or two.
During all this time I was fighting ants all over me. This area flooded and apparently tons of ants were floating around or clinging to any bit of foliage above water and then to me. Even after taking a shower later I was stilling finding ants on me.

Beautiful image, Bryan. The water really makes it a little mysterious. Well worth the price of admission.
Thanks JeRuFo. Yeah I was happy the water swirled a bit during the exposure.
Here's another. Probably should've opened up a stop to throw the background a bit further out of focus.
