I like the way the shape of the cloud mimics the shape of the sunlit part of the rock, and the sliver of sunlit clifftop in the background. I would enjoy spending some time looking at a print of this - I think it is a deeper image than it first appears.
What are the lines across the image? If you are working digitally, I'd take those out.

The lines are an issue with my scanner.....and me doing things when I'm tired and don't notice obvious issues.
I'm going to work with this some more, as I agree that there is a lot of depth worth investigating.
