Re: Large Format Landscapes
Very impressive shots, but noisy and "digital" scans.
Re: Large Format Landscapes
Hey Numbnuts, who are you referring to?
Maybe you ought to read through this thread from the beginning, critiques are welcome if they have been asked for and generally those with frequent negative comments take themselves elsewhere! Or, maybe since you're the expert here, you can offer how they can scan prints just as good as your work. (we haven't seen your work, just someone elses).

Thanks, Rick
The exposure time was 5 seconds. This was a very windy day, clouds were very low, so, they were passing really fast.

Thanks, Federico.
When you have a bit dense negative and you try to get some detail on sky, with a scanner wich costs 600 euros, like the Epson v700, you will have some noise, for sure.
As to "digital" scans, I don't understand that, is there any ANALOG SCANNER? If there is, tell me, I wanna buy one...

That is a very good point and it really makes the picture. I have to say that I am not so succesfull on my "longer" exposure .
