A familiar location, but a very nice take on it. Perhaps my favorite of all the images I've seen of this location! That top 1/3 really works for me, but in part because of the bottom 2/3...

H2oman, thanks for your kind words.
There is an interesting play between the upper third and the bottom. The final image is almost square, so about 20% was cropped from the original 4x5. The bottom content was not additive. However, making the crop seemed to pull everything together and create the 1/3 - 2/3 relationship you observed.
