Splendid composition. As shown here the tonal range appears too compressed for me. Robert, is this a scanned silver print?
I see you enjoy working this rock since it permeates your work. Have you ever visited the Spanish Peaks just south of Blanca peak in southern CO? There are very similar dikes running toward the west peak and partway up the base of the mountain on the north and west sides south of La Veta. You can see these fairly clearly on the Google Earth image.
