Mount Hood

The funny thing about this photo is that it looks like you could easily stroll up to the top from where I'm standing, but in fact it's about 5,000 ft higher (Mt. Hood's peak is at 11,250 ft). I'm planning to try and climb it for the first time this year, but I definitely wont be hauling the view camera.

Beautiful image Austin.
Be well trained before you give it a go, there's to many up there that did not make it back.
Austin, that image makes the climb tempting from the south. But I'll vouch that Hood is one of the more difficult climbs with exceedingly steep sections - be seriously prepared if you try it. If you go, have fun at the Pearly Gates.

Two great landscapes, Alex.
The second photo has a beatiful light reflection on water.
