I've tried several lens types but really love Heliars. I have a 150mm in Compur that I use for groups on 4x5. Have a 240mm I use on 4x5 and 5x7. Finally, I have a 360mm c.1900 Heliar on my 8x10. I mostly shoot wet plate with the two bigger formats and shoot film on 4x5 with the 150mm. I love Heliars! They are very smooth,
