Images of Mistakes Good or Bad (everything else)
In homage of the LF thread by the same name (thank you Emil!):
http://www.largeformatphotography.info/forum/showthread.php?58849-Images-of-mistakes-good-or-bad
I tend to be a bit more experimental / liberal / forgetful with my smaller formats so here I propose to share the mistakes you find interesting or love.
Here is a Multiple exposure (forgot to advance the film). Just when I finally thought I was getting used to my Technika 70.

Re: Images of Mistakes Good or Bad (everything else)
In 2016, I had just received my new Chamonix so thought it would be fun to use at the wedding of my friend Kevin Johnson to the lovely Sara.
In my haste, to create some wedding portraits, I mixed up a few of the exposed 4x5" sheet film holders with the unexposed ones!

Not all was lost, at least I didn't screw up Kevin's groom portrait:

All I can say is that it was a good thing that I was not the official (paid) wedding photographer.

I meant to take two double-exposures, and instead took a single quadruple-exposure. It's almost certainly better than the two double-exposures works have been. Minolta XD11 with a 58mm f/1.4 lens shooting "Revolog 600nm" film.

I took a digital photography class a few years back to learn PS. One of our assignments was to emulate a famous photographer. I did a version of this Laszlo Moholy-Nagy photogram. I threw some paperclips and a mouse on the scanner and was pretty happy with my original version, but think it looked even better when I recovered a version from a corrupted disc with multiple digital artifacts.

I really like this. And it makes a great abstract vertical if you crop off the left 1/3 or so. Just my opinion but great “mistake”.
