Ilex #4 Universal question...

Wow, YEARS of lurking here and my first post! Hi gang, you are awesome folks.

Ilex #4 - take a look at the speed settings; there's a dot corresponding to each speed, except for 1/100th, which has a dot on either side as well - anyone know what those are for? Google is no help and I can't find a manual.

Interesting, so they're intermediate speeds? I just got this shutter/lens, I'll test the speeds this week.
