Dark Room Rental Toronto

I'm wondering if anyone knows of darkroom rental space in Toronto.

- 4x5
- 16x20 fibre paper
- tray development preferred.

I moved into a house last summer and the house will need a bit of renovation before I can reassemble my darkroom. I have plenty to do so this being without a darkroom is bearable. However, someone has approached me about buying a print and I'd like to know if I have any options other than what I already have printed.

I'm pretty sure that Toronto Image works will not allow the use of fibre paper. Though I'll call them tomorrow to check.
