Not seen Edwal specifically, but fotoimpex.de have a good range of wetting agents - http://www.fotoimpex.de/shopen/chemistry/others/ - Not exactly the fastest postage at times but a good service, and great range. Just a shame they don't do Ektascan G/RA 10x8 Xray film - Carestream UK are doing what appeared to be a pack of 5 100 sheet boxes for £300 ish (think it worked out as 60p a sheet). . .
