LF shooters in Tokyo area

Hi there,
I just arrived to Tokyo, and love to meet any LF and alt process people for chats and little help on getting around for gear , film, developing ,maybe for bulk film or chemical orders etc ...
I do not speak japanese, something I have to definitely change, but love this country and it's beauty all around, any help into interesting locations near Tokyo appreciated too.

Also if someone knows a person that still does hand colored prints (Beato,Kusakabe Kimbei, etc ...
