Do any of you Arca Swiss owners have experience making an adjustment to the rail locking mechanism described here:

I pulled the teflon tape from the monorail this weekend (it was getting gunked up... that's the technical term :-) ) and need to make this adjustment. Searched the board and the web and can't seem to locate much more than statements that it can be done.
Any help is most appreciated.
