Temp Update:
I have emailed the admin of the site but had no reply.
Incase of a worse case scenario where the admin is no longer going to host the page, rather than let it slide on wayback, I have created a mirror of the site and hosted in on a sub-domain of my UK LF Forum.
If I get no objections or threats to pull it down, then I am prepared to move it across to a root domain and wire it up to CloudFlare CDN so its fast loading across the globe.

I originally implemented the site and he has hosted it ever since.
