Experiences with fotodiox modifiers?

I was looking around for some modifiers for my Speedotron Black Line 102 heads and came across a number of fotodiox modifiers that looked quite reasonably priced, and I was wondering if anyone out there has any experience with them, good bad or otherwise. Specifically, I was looking at a few of their quick collapsible octaboxes and deep parabolic soft boxes.

I have never had access to use anything super high end (profit, Elinchrom, Broncolor, etc) but I do have a number of Paul C Buff lights and modifiers, and hoping that the fotodiox build quality and ease of use is at least similar to those, but without having access to any to test I figured I would try here before just taking a chance on them.
