f.lux is amazing, though it can really be disorienting for color correcting images near dusk or dawn ^.^
I didnt know they had the darkroom mode, cool!

Yeah I don't use any of the color temperature stuff, that wasn't my cup of tea. It's under "Effects and extra colors."
Attachment 173584 I just added the plate burners to the central darkroom, I need to change the overhead lights to tungsten for alt process, but very happy to have a multi process , purpose Darkroom/Dimroom.
I set up my plate burner in a separate room with 2 tungsten "bug bulbs" on a dimmer! I'll post a photo of it next week when I get home, but isn't that two Nuarcs you have sitting on the shelf? L
Yes one 20 x24 the other 24 x36, having problem right now with bigger unit, just purchased it , need to find a tech in GTA to look at it.
I had no reason to do this but today I painted the steps into the basement/darkroom fire-engine red. I love red and when I was young got my parents to let me paint my room about this color (took 3 coats and still looked like crap). This is one coat, probably will add one more. You can see the wood grain through the paint but I don't really care, it makes it a little more interesting. I am messing around with the stair light, seeing if I can remake it into a dual head that can be switched to "normal" light and then perhaps a socket with a light-up "Darkroom in Use" sign or something. The huge wallspace in this area has become the home for a huge painting by a friend, some movie posters, and various antiques and computer/audio gear hung up on the wall, so I'm adding another "personal" touch now that we own the house :)

Perfect reason Corran...red paint/red safelight equals visible stairs! (paint them blue and watch out!)
Is there a darkroom in those stairs?
Guess I am in good company :).
