Where is the serial number located? And why is your camera front laying on a pool table?

The number is stamped in the clip which holds the lens board locked...

Mine is older than the slider it has the two twist tabs, my V8 Deardorff is the same.

Mine also has no Serial #, with tabs
Duplab123, how big is your Packard shutter?
Mine is 4.5"ID and not recessed far enough at 1"
Gotta fix depth to 2" for a new lens and change the Packard to one that doesn't stick open...

Whatever works!
I found my 4.5" ID inside a very moldy Agfa 8X10 Studio camera, I didn't know it was there, as it was open, mounted to the middle standard and just looked like a hole...
Just before I sold the Agfa, I found the shutter, removed it and glad of it. Shortly a fellow showed up, bought the Agra with studio stand for $250, 10 times my purchase price. He was going to restore the set, which was sorely needed
I use some very large lenses on my SC11, it can handle any lens that fits 8X8" lens boards and beyond...

Re: Deardorff SC11 11x14 Studio Camera Front Assembly Photographs
When my company scrapped the process camera I brought home the Rodenstock lenses. The guy that did the accounts told me the lenses were incredibly expensive. The shortest lens was 60 inches, the other was 90 if I remember right. I had no use for them. I swapped them to a guy for a couple enlarging lenses. The camera was enormous. I brought some of the film home for a friend 3x5 feet.
Re: Deardorff SC11 11x14 Studio Camera Front Assembly Photographs
My longest is 900 mm f9 Tessar, I have used it with all 75" of SC11 extension
I see one is FS, not mine!
