Is there a modular 5x7 back and bellows conversion for Sinar cameras? I have a 4 x5 Sinar F1 that I would like to convert to 5x7 with a tapered bellows similar t o the more common 8x10 conversion set. I don't believe Sinar lists anything like this in their current catalogs. Best, John Brink
I have never (in the past fifteen years) seen a 5x7 Sinar F, so my guess is no. on the other hand there are 5x7 sinar P conversion kits availible.
Sinar did, at one point, at least offer a 5X7 F back ( it is shown in the instruction manual I got with my F2). However, it may never have been offred in the US -- my camera came from Hong Kong. I use a Norma 5X7 back and bellows whic works fine.
