LF Labs / LF Film Stock in Russia / Experiences with Flying

Hello,

I will travel to Russia (Moscow) later this year and am a little apprehensive to take film stock there and back on the plane. I would like to use Kodak Portra 160, Ilford Ortho & Fomapan 100, in both 4x5 and 8x10 sizes.

Is there anybody who knows if and where I could buy these films in Russia? Does anybody know labs who could develop these films? This would at least save one pass through the x-ray. I'd also be more than happy to meet a colleague with his or her own lab.
