I got an automated reply for my email and I could not reach them by phone.
Hello, I did place an order with them about three weeks ago. I got an email ( automated reply) saying that they were closed until they could get enough stock?( I think it said), but then, a few days later I got a parcel with my order...very odd. I am not sure if they are back to normal or I was lucky.
I am based in UK and my order was of very normal stuff, not sure if that helped.
Good luck and hopefully they can soon manage to get back to normal.

There's "Contact us" form on their website so you try reaching them through this... Where do you want an order to be delivered?
I realized few times ago that I will not get a reply from them so took a risk and ordered to an UK forward address.Quote:
