A link to my website...is this a good link exchange?

Hello Everyone,

Ran into this website; http://www.fine-art.com/. They offer the oppertunity to exchange links: a link to them on my site, a link to my ite on their's. I understand the advantages of exchanging links...the question are: Does any one know anything about THIS website. Are they 'OK"? Will I get huge amounts of unwelcome spam from Nigeria? On the posative side; is there a likelihood of contacts from interested print-buyers? Your comments are appreciated.
