11x14 plate holder adapter for film
Hi,
I have two 11x14 plate holders that I want to use with film. A 11x14 masonite board fits easily in the holders. I cannot figure out a way to hold film on the masonite. I have looked into spring clips, picture corners for scrap booking or double sided tape. Those options do not seem to be the right one. I have attached a pic of the space available between the masonite and the holder. How did others solve this problem for holding film to a masonite board adapter? Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Low-tack adhesive spray -- film will lay nice and flat, also.
If you are to use these holders in a camera using a GG, check that the film plane will be the same as the plane of the GG.

Thank you Vaughan. I have bought some low tack spray adhesive. I will be testing it out on some spare masonite.

Good luck with it. There were film holders commercially made with low-tack adhesive, so the idea works in theory.
As long as one can get the film off the masonite, and without debris on the film.

I made an 11X14 film holder inside a larger copy camera holder
Rebates are thin plastic, taped
