A Couple of issues with a B&L Automatic Shutter.

Today I got my first large format camera, a Kodak 4A Model A, it's missing the whole roll film stuff, but other than that, it's in very good shape. The problem is with the shutter, the "instant" speeds (1/100 and 1/50), as well as T and B are working fine, haven't check for accuracy, but at least they seem constant, the slow shutters speeds (1/25 and below) fire, but get stuck open, the only way to close them is by changing the shutter to 1/50 (No need to fire it again). The other issue, one of the blades (the one closer to the front lens element) is kinda lifted or bulked up, if the front element is screwed in all the way the shutter will fire but it gets stuck open, regardless of the shutter speed.
