Hi all. I placed 3 separate but identical orders between 1-2 months ago and the last week, early Dec, 2021. No reply no nothing yet. I sent 3-4 emails to check the order status(es) and no reply yet.

Hi Everyone, new member here. I wrote betterscanning about a year ago and never heard back. Wrote again a couple of weeks ago and haven't heard back. I'm thinking my email went in the junk/spam folder, so I just tried again with another email address which will hopefully make it to Doug.
