New Reversal Product - Roba Apposta??

Does anyone have any expereince with this new Italian 2 bath product, Roba Apposta, to reverse film or paper? Made by Branco Ottico

I have not used it but I remember seeing this a while ago and when I looked into it, it wasn't really a Two bath process. What I think he is selling is first developer and bleach as the two baths. You still need to clear, re-expose and re-develop from I i could see in the instructions. So 2 bath is a bit misleading..
