Images from vintage glass plates, any size
I thought it might be interesting to see some vintage images from glass plates. I'll kick it off with photo's my dad made in Europe during WWII. I remember him telling me he had a folding Agfa plate camera. My dad is actually the person up the telephone pole and front and center in the two groups.

Here's a neg that I've had for years but can't remember where it came from. It's a beautiful 8x10 glass plate.

Do images from magic lantern glass slides count? I acquired a collection from a lady that lived in Portland Oregon. There are some from Asahel Curtis, Edward Curtis's brother. This one is of a climbing club on Mt. Baker. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...31be007c_k.jpgmtbaker mazamas copy by Thad Gerheim, on Flickr

Absolutely they count. Let’s say any image on a piece of glass that’s at least 50 years old.

Impressive horse and mule teams harvesting. I imagine they were really proud of them.
