Photo Experiments - Software

Thinking about how to create the following using existing software, whether one or more in combination.

1. Creating 3D digital images from multiple photographs.
2. What angles and how many images are needed to create a 3D?
3. How to print such images in a 3D display? Several possibilities I would think.
4. How to intersect multiple photos as if they were plasma, liquid, or semi permeable substrates, and create a two dimensional fractured image from those photographs.(think fractal graphics perhaps, maybe using cad software as well)?
