Thank you so much for these important and informative answer Mr. @mhayashi.
Just yesterday a friend of mine told likewise, but not that much detailed information as yours, we guessed that the overall coverage of the lens is enough to cover a 11x14 film or plate, but now I see to can cover a lot more. My friend also told me that in order to use this lenses I'm going to a very large bellows (About 36" inches at least).
I planned to buy a lens like this because always wanted to build a very big camera between 8x10 to 11x14, since I'm pretending to shoot Wet Plate Collodion Portraits with it, now seeing your response that it can cover more than 11x14 opens up endless possibilities.

I managed to be able to calculate the aperture stops inserts from a thread on this Forum for my Voigtlander 5A, I did the design myself in a 3D modeling software and printed at home. If anyone need to make these F stops let me know and I absolutely will send the printable files. There's nothing better than learn new skills!
