8x10 TMY2 developed in pyrocat-hd. 19" B&L Sigmar at 5.6 on a B&J rembrandt portrait camera.
The branches and stalks in the background have gotten all cubist looking in their rendering. No double-line bokeh, just big shapes.

I concur! Never seen that particular effect of fat lines going cubist like that. Wonder if my big Sigmar would do that.

thanks guys. I drew an arrow in the following photo to the type of vegetation I shot and got that background with. The type of vegetation (strength of the lines) and distance from the plane of focus were what I had going for it. Lighting was completely diffuse; start of a snowstorm.

Playing with cars instead of cameras, but here's one from a Velostigmat 8 1/4" Non fuzz-u-lator that I fuzz-u-lated.
The mod was permanent, but stopped down it's still quite sharp, so I like it this way.

But I noticed you used it wide open! Beautiful, the way these lenses let you see the world...

I felt it appropriate to post this image here because this image was shot with the little Edioscop that I got from Jim a while back. Shot in Yosemite on one of my recent trips. Carbon transfer print in 8x10. This is hard to show on the web as always but the print is what I was shooting for. Thanks again, Jim

That is truly gorgeous! All I've got to work with out here is sage brush, so I'm always impressed with trees! I love looking at the calla you sent me.

Jim, I'm glad you like it. The print is really nice and I'm glad you are enjoying the Calla I sent. I remember I took some heat for buying this from you from some members here but I knew what this little gem could do. More to come. thanks.
