Yes, decidufers as it were ;) we have some beautiful ones that turn a fiery red before they drop their needles in the neighborhood, they're very pretty this time of the year!

We've got a small hill of larches just behind our garden. They are beautiful in the autumn. Until the time when their needles are in every crevice of our cars and even through the porch they even sneak into our house, using the kids as means of transport...

Great shot, Paul. Birches are a personal favourite of mine especially in the autumn. The trunks look great as well, too often you see them too dark in photos.
