is this the angulon we are talking about?

how about the fujinon 90mm?
Is your Kickstarter live yet? Definately want to consider an early bird offer...
Yeah, that's the one!
I can't comment about every 90 out there, but I will say this: we designed the camera to be flexible. The focusing helical has plenty of travel, so it should accept just about any 90mm lens. The ƒ/5.6 lenses won't fit because they're just outrageously large.
Most 90s in the world are these little Angulons and dozens of different variations on the ƒ/8 Super Angulon, from many manufacturers. The ƒ/8 lenses should all fit. They're good and they're cheap, so if you own a $1600 ƒ/5.6 or ƒ6.8 Super Angulon, I recommend that you leave it on the Sinar and buy a $150 beater to use on the Wanderlust.
There are a few 90s out there that go into Copal 00 shutters. Our helical is designed for Copal 0, but well... the camera is plastic and $99. I encourage people to get creative and not fear superglue. :)
Just to add to Ben's post, here is a rear view of the focus helical. The diameter of the red circle is 80mm or 3.1496". This is what your rear element needs to clear. If your 90mm lens is a copal 0 and your rear element is smaller than 80mm or 3.1496" then it will fit.
*** KEEP IN MIND *** This camera IS LIGHT. Im not kidding. The tiny Schneider Angulon 90 ƒ6.8 that we built it around is enough to make it fall forward. You should ALWAYS lay this thing flat on its back with the lens pointing to the sky. Just want to state this right off the bat!!

No need. Grimes, and probably some Asian outfit on ebay, both sell adapters to install No. 00 shutters in No. 0 holes. I have used them and they work.
The lens I'm saving for this camera is a Graphlex Optar WA, 90/6.8, which is even tinier than the Angulon. Ben collected back-focus measurements back up-thread to make sure to accommodate the flange mounting distance of lenses in this category.
Rick "thinking a lens with marginal coverage for 4x5 is a good fit for a camera with no movements" Denney
You could also mount an Arca-Swiss plate on the bottom, one designed for a telephoto lens for an SLR, that is several inches long. That would give it a foot that would keep it from falling forward, and provide some tripod mounting flexibility, too.
Rick "who has already been collecting bits for this camera--a viewer, a Blix rangefinder, a level, etc., to make use of all those accessory shoes" Denney
i can't wait to see the result of this! congrats guys! will definately support this. need to look for a cheap 90mm!

MAKE SURE YOUR LENS IS CLOSED IF YOU DO THIS, Infinity focus on a sunny day can start a fire in side your camera. About 30 years ago, Steve Grimes showed me a highly collectible (Luftwaffe?) Leica with a hole burned through the Red shutter curtain.
PS. I've got my 6.8 Angulon ready !
What Tracy is saying is that this is a good survival camera! If you get stranded in the woods while hiking with it, well you will not be without fire:)
In all seriousness, he is correct. If you did not already know this read his post again and keep it in mind. I always keep my lens closed.
Good call Tracy, thanks!
