Thank you! I haven`t shot 8x10 for some time now, a wrist fracture kind of set me out for a while, but now I`m ready to exercise the Wehman again :)

Dear Amund,
those two 8*10 portraits show me that 8*10 will be the way to go,
will take some time, even though I;m not handicapped, but boy
do I like those pictures!!

And man he not only sees inside and through the lens. But I feel that he is inside my eyes too.
Just plain wonderful.

Here's on from September. T55 will do some funky stuff if you leave it in water for 5 days :) Sorry for the poor scan.

Is this on collodion or hand made dry plate?
Re: How about a New Portrait thread?
Hi Kirk, this is actually a print from film.
Re: How about a New Portrait thread?
A couple of self portraits (when I was prettier). 210mm Symmar, 4x5 Plus-X in HC-110 printed on Brovira #2 and Dektol. First one is Sepia toned with glasses masked and then are selinium toned. The second print is from the same negative, a little Jerry Ulesmannesc technique. Back when doing this was from the enlarger.:D

And sometimes it all just goes horribly wrong :O
