Thanks for posting this....brings back memories. I visited it as a kid, the first vacation me and my mom took after my dad left. A battleship is cool, but really cool when you are 10.

I have no idea about storage conditions, but probably at least refrigerated, because film looks OK. I have kept it frozen all the time.
Bought, shot and processed October 2009, one of my first self-developed color sheets.

Your film should be reasonably fine indeed, considering storage conditions.

The ferry is departing the terminal. I Had to estimate when it was leaving within the exposure time and have at least 3/4 of that time with the ferry sitting still. It was too dark to compose easily and used the levels on the camera.

Nice capture. Creative idea. I like it. What f/stop did you use for the 90 second exposure?

I think the rich blacks (at least in the digital image) from Tri-X really work well in this photo.

Thanks. The shot was taken a few years back and I didn't record the aperture. But working backwards from the 90 seconds it looks like it would be about f22 which means my middle gray would have been about EV3 all in round numbers. For a metered 15 sec exposure, I adjusted it to 90 seconds for reciprocity it looks like. Scanning your film, you usually can make your blacks as rich as you want in an image editor with about any film, I feel.

Reviving a 3 year dormant thread, here is a shot from Morro Bay, Ca.
Probably shot with T-max 100 and developed in D-76. It was many years ago, so I can't be sure.
