Is that a Quickset Samson under the Cambo? What about the other tripod?
My two recent modifications: a Cambo TWR permanently fitted with a late Heliar 210mm F4.5 in Copal 3s taking lens and a Cooke Aviar 210mm F4.5 viewing lens. The Aviar has a classic look like the Heliar and renders with a similar smoothness in case I need a bokeh check. The Cambo has a modified curved cam and a 5x4 spring back added. And the available light companion: Graflex Super D with a modified front to host a Heliar 210mm F3.5 lens and a standard Linhof 5x4 spring back. The Super D is an unusual transitional model labelled Super D but has the extended Series D speeds and no Automatic Diaphragm provision.

German ICA Minimum-Palmos 10x15 (1914) with CZJ Tessar 4,5/16,5cm (Made 1914, Design Wandersleb 1907, original Tessar only had 6,8)
Still working, lens clear...
Came with full set (6 Plates, Original cable release, Original leather lens cap, Screen, original case), have been lucky on ebay...

Shutter is set by adjusting the spring Tension an the curtain distance.
Lovely Rig. Have one also albeit with a different scale on the top and it seems yours has a bigger viewfinder (see my comment @ your flickr photo)
Is the shutter of you Palmos working? (mine isn't - i.e. it is very slow, and needs a thorough CLA)

Gawd, that's fantastic!
Hi, what plate size does your camera have, and is it dated? Serial Number and Lens number (especially if it is a Zeiss lens)
your palmos has another shutter, it has only three spring tensions, mine 9... Mine is a 10x15 model. Ser C 839xx (teh same Zeiss System with the Letter... it started with Ica 1909) The Lens ist a 252xxx Zeiss, so 1914 for sure.
I got it for below 100 Euros on ebay.... really a steal
The Shutter is working, but I dont know if the time is correct.
It is running smoothly. I jammed it some minutes ago  when adjusting the width, but I could repair it just now.. Top plate is easily removable...:o
Here is a photo of the interior life...

Nice mechanism...
the left wheel is for cocking and for Setting the width, the small one at the right ist the spring Tension.
I made a test with the SLR taking the Screen with bulb while the shutter is running... Picture was equally exposed, so it is running linear....
Thanks/Danke!, I can work on mine with the help of your photo. Indeed my camera seems younger: number is a H. 48084 - don't know what year that is.
My camera is also the 10x15cm type: it is the Palmos 457 (imprinted in the cameras strap).
My camera has 9 tensions like yours, and the table mentions slit widths from 1/4 to 6 cm, but the wheel goes actually to 9 1/2cm.
The wheel for setting the width in my camera seems stuck at 4, I cannot move it. If I turn the big knob for tensioning the shutter it makes a rattling sound!
Did you clean the shutter and use some lubricants?
