I got a shipping notice on Saturday, but the PO says they haven't seen the package yet (often I get things delivered before the PO even admits they have received them, so I don't take any of this too seriously). I was wondering if I'd been missed, but I guess they're still plowing through the list. I was a very late buyer, after they reopened sales. I wonder how many they still have to ship. . . .
Well, I'm overseas. I had originally asked them to ship to my office in San Francisco, as I was going to be there in the summer of 14, and of 15. but after it didn't arrive last year before my trip I switched to shipping to Bangkok and sent an additional $40 to cover that. But I have never received any acknowledgement they received the money (although it was paid out) or shipping notice. Its possible changing my address dropped me to the end of the list, but its worrying that I have no idea what is going on.
I am one of the latecomers,too, ordering in 04/14. Still waiting. We are in line, I believe. . . .
Just got the latest issue of View Camera magazine, the July-August 2015 issue. When will someone do a review of the TW? View Camera is the best place for a review and story on how it came to be.
Well, remember that "we're shipping the final Kickstarter rewards shortly" is likely to mean "sometime in 2016, maybe, you hope" when it comes to this project.Quote:
